The origins of Thieve’s Vinegar dates back to the 17th century, when it was rumoured a group of four thieves covered themselves in a secret herbal solution of their creation to enter houses and rob the deceased without being affected by the plague ravaging through France. Other versions of this legend exist with differing locations and dates, however the premises always remains the same: four individuals are able to survive a plague using their unique knowledge of the medicinal properties of plants, with each thief contributing a single ingredient to the mixture.

☼ The primary use of this Thieve’s Vinegar is as a form of 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. Use a few drops in a ritual bath to prevent against psychic attacks and shroud yourself in inconspicuousness. Anoint pulse points to shield intentions from prying eyes, offering protection from interference during spellwork and making it more difficult for adversaries to identify your authorship as it concerns hexing, jinxing, and other baneful magic.

☼ This potion can be used as a catalyst to 𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗰𝗸 by breaking attachments, removing the spirit of someone from the premises, and stopping gossip and the circulation of negative rumours. Write your target’s name on a piece of paper in red ink and soak the paper overnight in Four Thieves Vinegar. Allow the paper to dry completely before burning it. For faster results, sprinkle a few drops in your intended target’s path, or across the entrance to an area they frequent (excluding their residence, please respect private property).

☼ This potion is a useful tool in 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗰𝗸, removing any crossed conditions and returning harm back upon the attacking witch, weakening the power of any of their future spellwork in the process.
